What influence does the installation of fire shutter door have on the surrounding environment?

(1)剔鑿作業(yè)應(yīng)避免在夜間和風力超過4級的天氣進行，剔鑿時應(yīng)進行局部圍閉.以減少噪聲和粉塵排放擾民。

(1) The chiseling operation should be avoided at night and in the weather with wind force over 4. Local enclosure should be carried out during chiseling to reduce noise and dust emission.

(2)防火門按設(shè)計要求，在門洞內(nèi)彈出門框的位置線。彈線一定要準確，防止因位置不準而返工.造成人工和物料的浪費。

(3)鋼門框槽口內(nèi)應(yīng)灌注C20的細石混凝土。

(4)依照彈出的位置線，將鋼門框放入洞口.用木楔臨時固定。門框就位時.嚴禁使用鐵錘敲擊.以免損壞門框和噪聲排放擾

(4) According to the pop-up position line, put the steel door frame into the hole and fix it temporarily with wooden wedge. When the door frame is in place, it is strictly forbidden to strike with a hammer to avoid damaging the door frame and noise emission

(5)調(diào)整門框的上下、前后、左右位置.確認到位后.用木楔塞緊，并用電焊將連接件與預(yù)埋件或鑿出的鋼筋焊牢。焊接應(yīng)盡量避免夜間施工，焊工應(yīng)使用專用防護罩。

(5) Adjust the upper and lower, front and rear, left and right positions of the door frame. After confirming the position, plug the door frame with wooden wedge, and weld the connector with embedded parts or chiseled reinforcement by electric welding. Construction at night shall be avoided as far as possible during welding, and special protective cover shall be used for welders.

(6)門框固定后，把合頁固定在門扇的合頁槽內(nèi)，將門扇置入門框，合頁的另一片放入門框的合頁槽.調(diào)整就位，將螺釘全部擰緊。

(6) After the door frame is fixed, fix the hinge in the hinge slot of the door leaf, put the door leaf into the door frame, put the other part of the hinge into the hinge slot of the door frame, adjust it in place, and tighten all the screws.

(7)就位后的門扇應(yīng)啟閉自如，無阻滯、反彈。

(8)門鎖應(yīng)能耐950℃高溫，以確保在火災(zāi)情況下能夠開啟。

(9)防火門安裝后，將門框與洞口之間的縫隙用砂漿填死、抹灰，隨后將建筑垃圾清理建筑垃圾池。
